How Can We help
Our bus measures approximately 7 feet tall, 7 feet wide, and 17 feet long. The backdrop area (behind the bench) is customizable and measures 58″ wide at the base, 50″ wide at the top, and 25″ high.
Stella is ready for rain, snow, or sunshine! With the photo booth inside, we can operate in most conditions. However: If severe weather prevents us from attending prior to the event, we may offer a full refund (at our discretion). If bad weather occurs during your event, we may temporarily close the bus until conditions improve. To prepare for inclement weather, we offer a large pop-up canopy for rent. Note: Some props may be limited during bad weather.
We’ll arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled time to set up. If you need us earlier, let us know—we’re happy to accommodate!
Unlimited! Guests can snap as many pictures as they’d like, and each session includes double prints. Additional copies can be printed for larger groups. Our on-site attendant will ensure as many guests as possible get their turn.
Yes! Stella often makes appearances indoors. Please confirm with your venue for specific guidelines.
Absolutely! We provide a custom backdrop with greenery, floral, natural wood or twinkle light curtains along with a “Photos” sign on top. You’re welcome to add your own personal touches to fit your event.
Yes! Each package includes a basic design with personalized text. For a fully customized strip, we offer upgrades. Share your event details, like your invitation or logo, and we’ll create a keepsake your guests will love.
